Hello hello, my lovelies! I’ve designed this challenge to help you make the most of 2025 without feeling lost or confused. This is going to take one week of your time but it will put you exponentially ahead of 99% people out there. The challenge has 7 steps. Each step will guide you through a crucial part of the process which we often tend to skip when we’re doing the goal-setting exercise by ourselves. So make sure you don’t skip steps and do the challenge in the intended sequence. This is what we will cover: 1. Life assessment using a proven method to analyze your past goals and your satisfaction across them 2. Making a list of great goals by ruthlessly eliminating the "good goals" 3. Aligning ourselves to our goals to ensure we don't quit halfway through 2025 4. Conquering our fears and obstacles to ensure the path is as friction-free as possible 5. Designing our environment in a way that automates the process of getting to our goals 6. Learning the correct way to track and measure progress 7. Celebrating our journey and setting a process in place to do this for every achievement going forward. I want you take out one week and do this challenge, ideally doing 1 step per day. It does require some reflection so it’s going to be an intensive exercise, but by the end of these 7 days you will not only be able to set your goals successfully for 2025 but you will also be able achieve them throughout the year without losing motivation.
