Because manifestation is not just about making a wish or writing a goal. It’s about working with your subconscious mind to create a new reality.
Your subconscious mind controls most of your actions, beliefs, and emotions, so if it’s not aligned with what you want, you’ll feel stuck.

Step 1: Surround Yourself with the Right Energy
Your environment has a huge impact on your subconscious. If the people or places around you don’t match the energy of the life you want to manifest, then all your efforts can go in vain.
That's why, you need to make some changes such as:
Spend time with people who inspire and uplift you. Distance yourself from negative influences.
Declutter your space. A clean, organized environment makes room for new energy and opportunities.
Step 2: Shift Your Inner Dialogue
The way you talk to yourself matters more than you realize. You might not realise it, but all the negative self-talk that you do to yourself every day has the potential to block your manifestation.
And if you constantly say things like, “I’m not good enough” or “This won’t work for me,” your subconscious will believe it too.
That’s why you need to shift that inner dialogue of yours, and here’s how you do that:
Catch yourself when you think negatively. Replace thoughts like, “I’ll never succeed,” with, “I’m learning and growing every day.”
Practice gratitude daily. Focus on what’s already going right in your life. You can also practice writing down 3 things you’re grateful for every night.
Use “I am” statements to affirm your identity. For example, “I am confident,” or “I am capable.”
Step 3: Iterating My Dream Reality
One of the most powerful ways to reprogram your subconscious is through repetition. This is where affirmations and visualization come in.
When I was manifesting my first major income goal, I would wake up every day and write affirmations like, “Money flows to me effortlessly,” and “I am capable of earning 1 lakh rupees a month.”
At first, it honestly felt silly, but over time, my subconscious started to believe it, and opportunities began to show up.
So, here is something you can do to iterate your dream reality:
Write down what you want in the present tense. For example, instead of saying, “I want to have better health,” write, “I am already happy and healthy.”
Once you are done with the above, only then create a vision board. Fill it with images, quotes, and symbols of the life you want. Place it where you’ll see it daily to keep your goals front and center.
Every morning and night, repeat these affirmations aloud or write them down while looking at your vision board. Remember, the more you practice the better it gets ingrained in your head.
Lastly, visualize your dream life daily. Close your eyes and imagine yourself already living that life—feel the emotions, hear the sounds, and picture every detail.
Step 4: Create Better Habits
Your subconscious mind loves patterns. And if your current habits don’t align with your goals, it’s time to change them.
Start by setting small, actionable goals. For instance, if you’re manifesting better health, start with 10-minute daily workouts instead of aiming for an hour-long gym session.
Replace habits that no longer serve you. If scrolling on social media keeps you from working on your goals, replace that time with learning a new skill or journaling.
Reward yourself for progress, because oftentimes positive reinforcement helps solidify better habits.
Step 5: Take Aligned Action
Manifestation is not just about thinking and believing—it’s about doing too. See, it’s super simple. The universe meets you halfway only when you are ready to take aligned action for your goals.
Here’s how you can align your actions with your desires:
Break your goal into smaller steps. For example, if you want to start a business, start by researching your niche or creating a business plan.
Take one step every day, no matter how small. Consistent action signals to your subconscious that you’re serious about your goals.
Stay open to unexpected opportunities. The universe often brings you what you need in ways you didn’t expect.
